Exterior Repair and Refinish

Challenge: High winds caused this rotted and structurally compromised carport overhang to crumble.

Solution: Replace load-bearing columns, re-frame, re-roof, install new siding and trim.

Materials Used: Pressure treated pine lumber, 30-year certified roofing and vinyl siding/trim guaranteed for the life of the structure.

Project Highlights: Due to the unsafe conditions the damaged roof created this project was time sensitive and completed in only 3 days.
